Return & Refund Policy

At Alder House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused or in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories and components.

Items that have been installed, altered, damaged by misuse, or customized are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The product.

  • The shipping box.

  • The shipping label.

  • The damaged area.

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), Alder House will provide a prepaid return label.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed products.

  • Customized or made-to-order items.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Gift cards.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the return process described above.
